The Women's Coordinator addresses complaints involving gender discrimination, including the perception of a hostile work environment. The Women's Coordinator also acts as the Department's Sexual Harassment Counselor and directs the activities of the Workplace Assessment Team. Detective Deborah Gonzales is currently the Department Women's Coordinator.
